I have sold Marco Koi for a couple of years now. France has such a better climate and the fish do really well. This is the newest pond only completed for around 12months. The setting is really nice. The style is also really nice. Marco is a Vet by trade and is really into all aspects of the hobby and has introduced me to many new things that I can use on the Koi.
Marco really wants to keep true Tategoi and has already bought some very nice fish. 1 or 2 more Koi a year and the collection will grow into something pretty special.
“I really wanted something that looked nice, without filter or pipes too near to the pond. The filtration system works really well and just takes me half an hour a week to clean the system. The water parameter are perfect and the water clarity gives the impression that the koi are flying in the air. The biggest problem here is the difference of temperature between summer and winter. In summer we are always between the 22 C° and 30 C°, so if the pond is too little the water temperature goes too far up with problems of air and algae.”
